Brightstar Lottery PLC raises senior secured notes due 2032
Brightstar Lottery PLC priced €500,000,000 of 4.875% senior secured notes due 2032 on 9 September 2026, at 99.360% of their nominal amount. Settlement was expected on 17 September 2026, subject to customary conditions, and the notes are to be listed on Euronext Dublin's Global Exchange Market.
Brightstar plans to use the gross proceeds to buy back notes tendered in its offer for its 2.375% senior secured notes due 2028, to repay drawings under its senior revolving credit facilities, and to pay fees and expenses.
