High Roller Technologies, Inc. + Crypto.com
High Roller Technologies, Inc. entered into a mutual collaboration agreement on 14 April 2026 with Foris DAX Markets, Inc., trading as Crypto.com, and its affiliates, to offer event-based prediction contracts in the United States.
High Roller will act as a guaranteed introducing broker, soliciting customers to trade contracts in the Predictions product class of Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA), and will build and run the technology platform, including a mobile app. CDNA will be the exclusive provider of these contracts through High Roller's technology in the US for the first 24 months. The agreement runs for an initial two years, with automatic 12-month renewal.
