Genius Sports Limited → Legend
Genius Sports said on 1 May 2026 that it had completed its acquisition of Legend, the digital sports and gaming media network it agreed to buy on 5 February 2026.
The completion release describes Legend as a scaled media platform whose marketing technology powers owned and operated digital properties. With the deal closed, Genius Sports said it now runs two businesses side by side: official sports data, and media and advertising.
