Aristocrat Technologies Australia Pty Limited and Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. + Ainsworth Game Technology Limited
Aristocrat has agreed to license patents to Ainsworth Game Technology in Australia.
Aristocrat is granting Ainsworth a royalty-bearing licence to its game play patents in Australia, including the Hold & Spin patent family, and a licence free of royalties to its responsible gaming patents. Those patents cover technology for safer play, digital wallets and account-based play, player limits, self-exclusion tools and player messaging. The commercial terms have not been disclosed.
