GiG + VAIX

GiG Software Plc has partnered with VAIX, which the release describes as a Sportradar company, to build deep learning-based personalisation into its platform ecosystem, together with AI-powered player insights. GiG says the partnership will let operators on its platform offer personalised sports betting and online casino experiences at scale. The capabilities listed include sports and casino recommendations and retention marketing tools such as churn predictions and customer lifetime value scoring.
