Altenar + Gran Madrid
Altenar has extended its long-term partnership with Gran Madrid | Casino Online, the online betting brand operated by Gran Madrid, and will continue to provide its sportsbook technology for the regulated Spanish market. Altenar says the partnership also supports the operator’s omnichannel strategy alongside its retail sportsbook presence in its casino venues. The release reports that sportsbook turnover rose 21% year on year in H1 2026.
