Play Jogo Limited due in Portugal
Play Jogo Limited, which operates under the Vincino brand, received licence no. 035 from the Gaming Commission of Turismo de Portugal on 24 July 2026 to offer online games of chance in Portugal at www.vincino.pt. The licence covers slot machines, blackjack, American roulette and French roulette and runs for an initial three years, to 23 July 2029. It authorises operation but does not give a go-live date.
