HILLSIDE (New Media Malta) PLC due in France
The Autorité nationale des jeux (ANJ) granted HILLSIDE (New Media Malta) PLC a five-year online sports betting licence (agrément) on 16 April 2026, number 0067-PS-2026-04-16-AGR-00, for an offer at www.bet365.fr. On 19 May 2026 the ANJ added licences for online poker and online horse-race betting. The ANJ list of approved operators now shows bet365.fr in all three categories. The decision requires the licensee to notify the ANJ of its archiving system before starting activity; it gives no go-live date.
