BB GAMING LTDA due in Brazil
The Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas (SPA) of Brazil's Ministry of Finance lists BB GAMING LTDA among the companies authorised to operate fixed-odds betting, under SPA/MF Ordinance No. 92 of 13 January 2026, for the domains bra.bet.br and xx.bet.br. That ordinance was amended by Ordinance No. 1,166 of 28 April 2026. The SPA page also states that Provisional Measure No. 1,394 of 25 September 2026 prohibited the operation, offer and advertising of fixed-odds betting throughout Brazil. The list gives no go-live date.
