BPX BETS SPORTS GROUP LTDA due in Brazil
The Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas (SPA) of Brazil's Ministry of Finance lists BPX BETS SPORTS GROUP LTDA among the companies authorised to operate fixed-odds betting, under SPA/MF Ordinance No. 797 of 23 March 2026, corrected on 26 March 2026, for the VAIDEBET, BETPIX365 and OBABET brands. The SPA page also states that Provisional Measure No. 1,394 of 25 September 2026 prohibited the operation, offer and advertising of fixed-odds betting throughout Brazil. The list gives no go-live date.
