Betsson → Rhino Entertainment Group
Betsson said on 3 August 2026 that it had completed its purchase of Rhino Entertainment Group's Canadian B2C operations and a set of technology assets for its B2B business. The deal, first announced on 12 March 2026 at a total purchase price of about €64.5m, takes in several Rhino Group entities holding the licences, assets, staff and operations behind Rhino's B2C activity in Ontario and elsewhere in Canada. It also includes Rhino's proprietary front-end and middleware technology, which Betsson says will strengthen its B2B offering.
